Advisory-led deployment of proprietary AECOM and third-party digital assessment tools to understand and filter for climate, biodiversity and other physical risks at enterprise portfolio level, supporting hotspot identification and themes for early decision-making.

Using data and insights from risk assessments to develop prioritization of interventions at enterprise-level, focus on greatest asset vulnerability and / or business continuity (including key supplier) risks

Develop business cases for short-and medium-term resilience investments, aligned with insurance profile

Drawing together insights from assessments and planned interventions to support comprehensive disclosures on physical and transitions risks with a view to enhanced investor confidence, including effective reporting against TCFD, ISSB (IFRS: S1 & S2), CSRD and ESRS (E1) at minimum where relevant.

##Rapid Response and Recovery Advisory AECOM Advisory maintains a globally recognized rapid response and recovery capability supporting national, federal and local governments in the aftermath of disasters, including particular expertise in hurricanes, earthquakes, bushfires, floods and pandemics. Services encompass:

Preparedness: support with developing emergency operations plans, evacuation strategies and training exercises

Response: support with rapid mobilization and deployment of resources to implement emergency plans, support stricken populations and mitigate further damage

Recovery: Assisting in rebuilding efforts, including infrastructure damage and contamination assessments, infrastructure repairs and critical asset restoration, shifting to longer term community rebuilding
